Our Mission
The Connection Continuum is dedicated to supporting Mothers and their families during each stage of their birthing journey from preconception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the early years of life. We are committed to offering services that support women and baby's physiological blueprint for life-long health. Our care is mother-centred, acknowledging the important role women play in the health of their families and communities.
We recognize that babies in the womb are conscious, sentient beings and that our earliest experiences during pregnancy, birth and attachment can have a lifelong impact.

M E E T K R I S T Y N A
Hello
I am a Mother, a Wife, certified INNATE Postpartum Practitioner and Pregnancy Dialogue™ facilitator. I am also trained as a breastfeeding counsellor and birth doula and offer local La Leche League groups for new and expecting Moms.

My own postpartum depletion experience led me to discover and immerse myself in the ancient, cross-cultural postpartum traditions with Rachelle Garcia at INNATE Traditions, to heal my mind, body & soul so that I could share them with the women in my community. My quest to find out the root cause of what blocks humans from living a thriving life brought me deep into the study of pre- and perinatal psychology where I continue to deepen my understanding of this growing field of work as a student and member of the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH).

My husband and I are grateful to be raising our sweet, feral son in Mi'kma'ki, the unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq people where we have co-created a life that is deeply rooted in connection to nature, ourselves, each other and the unseen world. We are passionate about living in alignment with Life and supporting other conscious parents.
